How to Apply Laws of Attractions to Improve Your Current Life?

Before I begin on how laws of attractions can improve your daily lives, let me explain what exactly it is all about. Laws of attractions is a very powerful force that attracts anything you want from the universe, and that by focusing on positive or negative thoughts,one can bring about positive or negative results. Have you ever wondered before opening the letter box, you will be thinking of getting bills and true enough, the bills actually appeared. 

According to the physicist, everything is energy. There’s the universe,planet,galaxy, and then individuals and inside of our body consists of organ systems, then cells, then molecules, and then atoms. And then, there is energy. There are a lot of levels to think about but still, everything in the universe is energy.

Let me explain to you how we are the most powerful transmission living things in the universe. In simple terms, energy vibrates at a certain frequency and what determines your frequency is the way you think and feel. All of the things you wanted is energy, and they are vibrating too. Everything is energy. Take for example, if you are someone who loves to play basketball, you will be vibrating at a certain frequency for basketball and you will be tuned into the same frequency where everybody likes to play basketball.

When you think about what you want, you are actually emitting that frequency you cause the energy of what you want to vibrate at that frequency and you bring it to You. As you focus on what you want, you are causing it to vibrate towards you and the reason why we are the most powerful in the universe is because we have been given the power to focus our energy through the thoughts and alter the vibrations of what we are focusing on, which then magnetically draws it to us.

When you think about and feel those good things that you want, you have immediately tuned yourself into that frequency, which then causes the energy of all those things to vibrate to you, and they will appear in your life. The laws of attractions says” Like attracts like”. You are an energy magnet, so you will energize yourself to everything you want. It’s the thoughts and feelings that create our frequencies.

Now you have a basic understanding of how laws of attraction works, I will go into the implementation for it. There are several ways to apply it and those are some of the ways.

1.Feeling Good

Yes, feeling good about the things you are focusing on is good enough. You won’t lose out by living on this philosophy. There are bound to be things that may challenge your good mood. But if you allow yourself not to slip into the negative spiral,your good feelings will serve you well into the future.When we feel good, we are essentially asking for more reasons to feel good. This causes “good things” to appear to us and many times in pleasantly surprising ways! Doors will open as perspective shift into a positive light while opportunity follows the mindset of success.

Think of your emotion as a blind directives which command the exclusively universe genie to be working for you. This genie cannot see or comprehend the images appearing in your mind and it can only understand and identify the feelings you are feeling now. This genie has one job and that is simply send it back to you. Now if you can just find a way, Any way, to feel good all day, what do you suppose will happen within your life. Have you ever wondered that when you are feeling good, things will tend to proceed smoothly and on the other hand, when your mood is really bad on that day, every single thing doesn’t seem to go by your way and that’s when you start to emit negative energy into the frequency, attracting all the bad things to you. Just feel good is one of the most powerful law of attraction tips because it is the whole point of life.

2.Focus on what you want, not what you don’t want

The reason why people do not have what they want is because they are thinking more about what they don’t want than what they do want. Listen to your thoughts, and listen to the words you are saying. The law is absolute and there won’t be any mistakes. People keep this epidemic alive when they predominantly think,speak,act and focus on what they “don’t want”. It begins with you, and you can become a pioneer of this new moment by simply thinking and speaking about what you want.

When you focus on the things that you don’t want; “I don’t want to be late,  I cannot be late”. The law of attraction doesn’t hear that you don’t want it. It manifests the things that you are thinking of and so it’s going to appear over and over again till that thought is eliminated. When you focus on something, no matter what it happens to be, you are calling that into existence.

3.Show Gratitude

It is impossible to bring more into your life if you are feeling ungrateful about what you have. Why? because the thoughts and feeling you emit as you feel ungrateful are all negative emotions. Whether it’s jealousy, resentment, dissatisfaction, or even the feelings of ” not having enough” those feelings cannot bring you what you want. They can only return to you more of what you do not want. Those negative emotions are blocking your own good coming to you. If you want a new car but you are not grateful for the car you have, that will be frequency you are sending out and sooner or later, that car will disappear in your life.

Be grateful for what you have now. As you begin to think about all the things in your life you are grateful for, you will be amazed at the never-ending thoughts that come back to you of more things to be grateful for. You have to make a start, and then law of attraction will receive those grateful thoughts and give you more just like them. You will be locked into the frequency of gratitude and all good things will be yours.

Gratitude is your greatest ally in life. It will never steer you in the wrong direction. Whenever you are facing setbacks, doubts or lose direction, all you need to do is to fall back on gratitude. Start by remembering the things you love and cherish the most, be thankful for them and work up from there. The whole point is to find reasons to feel grateful until you feel great. When you feel great, rest assured that the things you are going to attract will definitely be a good thing.

4.Visualization

The reason why visualization is so powerful is because you create pictures in your mind of seeing yourself with what you want, you are generating thoughts and feelings of having it now. Our brains are made up of tons of images that are consistently changing and it will never stop which is why there are times when you are distracted over things. The reason is because too many images are appearing inside your brain which is why you are at a loss. Visualization causes powerful feelings. When you are visualizing, you are emitting that powerful frequency into the Universe. The law of attraction will take hold of that powerful signal and send it back to you, just as you saw in your mind.  

Visualization will only works if you are visualizing the feelings of having the things that you wished for.It’s the feeling that really creates the attraction, not just the picture or the thought. A lot of people think that ” If I think about that positive thoughts, or if I visualize of having what I want, that will be sufficient. But if you are doing that and still not feeling abundant, or feeling loving or joyful, then it doesn’t create the power of attraction.

One of the first things you need to do to apply the law of attraction is to discover what you want the most.Vision board is an excellent way to create the list that come up with  in your sub conscious. All you need to do is to pin up the images that you wanted the most, it can be anything. Love, wealth, the ideal body you want, you name it. Have a feel of the feelings after looking at the images and imagine that you are receiving all this right now. Pin the images that you are feeling good after looking at it. Hang the vision board at somewhere where you can look at it easily whenever you look up, it can either be your bedroom or your office. 

5.Manifest Positive Affirmations

Positive affirmations are incredibly powerful tools for guiding our minds and changing to a positive perspective of how we view the world as. By applying a few principles of the law of attraction,we can use these powerful techniques to re-program our sub conscious mind for our benefit. Taking control of our lives, rather than reacting to a chaotic world. It’s not the words themselves which carry the magical property. Rather, it’s in what the words stir within your heart, the feelings they draw up, and how you choose to use them.

Imagine you are having it – Imagine if you had what you wanted the most. Feel exactly how you would feel with it now, even if you don’t have it yet. These positive affirmations will help you to re experience, over and over, a desired event. Thus, creating your sub-conscious mind with the positive thoughts with having that desire. The more you feel these emotions, the more you will begin to actually believe that it is yours. And the more grateful you will feel for it. The law of attraction acts on these emotions and will begin manifesting in your life in amazing ways. Just keep reminding yourself throughout the day this positive thoughts and imagine that you have already gotten what you want. How would you feel if you had it right now?

Feel Good Now, Attract It Later – Whatever you are feeling now is the signal you are sending out to the universe for attraction into your life later. Therefore the most important question to ask yourself is ” How do I feel?” Your response should always be great or better. If it isn’t then you need to immediately adjust your emotions back to the things you are most grateful for and start feeling good again. Only when you are feeling good then you will start thinking about what you want. This way you safeguard yourself from thinking negatively about your desires as though you can’t have it now any forms of mental self-pity. Positive affirmations help boost your awareness level about just how much power you have in determining the quality of your life.

Positive affirmations are simple reminders of powerful concepts we use in our daily lives through the law of attractions. Learning new ways to harness these tools requires consistent effort. These reminders are excellent ways to keep our positive thoughts on track and guarantee the success in whatever we wish to accomplish. Consider each positive thought as a building block, and see your masterpiece from the perspective of completion. Do not worry about HOW, just know that your success is assured with each positive step taken with gratitude.

6. Meditation

I used to think that meditation is only applicable for monks or nuns but I have understood the power of meditating when I start to apply it into my life. One way to master your mind is to learn to quiet your mind. Meditation quiets your mind, helps you to control your thoughts, and eliminate negative energy that are having inside your mind. You do not have to set aside hours to meditate, just a few minutes a day to begin with. It can be incredibly powerful for gaining control over your thoughts.

To become aware of your thoughts, you can also set the intention, ” I am the master of my thoughts”. Say it often, meditate on it, as you hold to that intention, you are actually allowing your sub conscious to receive that signal. The best timing to meditate can be the time when you wake up since you need some time to refresh yourself. Think about the things that you truly want to attract in your life and manifest the joy of having it in your life. Meditation can improve your focus, concentration power which will lead you into a better listener every time you meditate. It also helps you to make better decisions and not based on emotions. 

Decide what you want to be,do and have, think the thoughts of it, emit the frequency , and your vision will become your life.

7.Take Action

I believe that once you are starting to practice all this habits for a period of time your desire to attract certain things into your life will be amazingly high and you can’t wait to work on it immediately. Now it’s time to take action to attract it. Most law of attraction tips demand an inner shift of emotional perception, this one however, requires the opposite. When you have centered your mind upon the attitude of gratitude and released yourself into a “positive” frequency. You will start to notice a few things. Your energy and vitality will increase, you will suddenly become more outgoing and adventurous to explore new things and you will get ideas. The action step of the law of attraction requires engagement. 

You must act upon the ideas and cravings of your ambition while in this powerful state of positive attitude. For these are the opportunities which you cannot see when you are hurt,angry,sad or in any other negative mental state. Do without fear or hesitation because anything discovered in the light of gratitude will only grant you more of the same as long as you keep your focus onto it.

Do not doubt or worry unless you are attempting to give yourself reasons not to act on it. Just feel good, feel grateful, act upon what comes your way in this mindset, you cannot go wrong. Amazing things will happen in your life from adopting certain philosophy, great things which you will never see, things may claim as coincidence but you will know better. Whether is it accidental or manifest, a miracle or just lucky? Take note that if you did not act upon despite the high cravings of your ambition, that desire will sooner be burnt off so just follow your heart and do not allow obstacles to obstruct you!

Our lives resonate the echoes of our inner mind.  A story only you can create through how you choose to use the power of your mind. Make it something to smile about and dissolve the limitation from its path.
